Yes, we are a business, and yes a large portion inevitably revolves around money. However,  over the years I’ve personally come to appreciate more than anything, the benefits of having good people around me… especially when it comes to business! This has led me to making genuine connections and lasting relationships, which in turn has resulted in smooth and consistent dealings, resulting in turn overs that don’t compare to when operating with a different mindset. I’ve tried to engrain this notion into Koala Carriers as deeply as possible, through our selection and training processes as well as with our client dealings and sales representatives. Focus on building long lasting relationships through quality and transparency and the rest will fall into place!
